About the Department of Architecture (B.Arch.)
The Department of Architecture offers a five-year, COA‑approved Bachelor of Architecture
programme that deeply immerses students in architectural design, history, building technology,
sustainability, and urbanism. Accredited by the Council of Architecture and aligned with the
Architects Act of 1972, the curriculum includes 10 semesters, studio design workshops, practical
training (80-day internship in the 8th/9th semester), and a final thesis demonstrating students’ design
capability.
Our mission is to nurture creative, ethical architects equipped to shape built environments that are
functional, sustainable, and culturally sensitive. Through design studios, field-based learning, digital
tools (CAD, Revit, Rhino, BIM), and project-based experiences, we empower students to build strong
portfolios and professional confidence

- Design Architect: Conceptualize and create building designs, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, build aesthetic and functional structures.
